Chocolates & Candlelight (located behind Boston Pizza in the Cortona Building Off Millennium Drive) celebrates their Grand Re-Opening this weekend with a fundraising BBQ for the Second Chance Animal Rescue Society on Saturday, July 5th from 12-5pm. The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo will be putting on Summer Camp July 14th to August 22nd, Mondays to Thursdays, 9am-4pm and Fridays 9am-12pm. Each camp is a week long and features a different theme each week. Camp cost is $165/week and will cover the cost of a fieldtrips or special quests, activities and crafts. Starting July 2nd the Fort McMurray Public Library will provide the same service hours all year round! An additional 15 hours of service for July and August means the library will be open Monday to Friday from 10am to 9pm. Weekend hours are unchanged, Saturday-10am to 5pm and Sunday-1pm to 5pm.
